What happens on the call
01
You describe the work in your own words. Screenshares are welcome.
02
We tell you on the call what we'd build first, what we'd buy instead, or that you don't need us.
03
If it's worth pursuing, you get a one-page findings note within a few days. If not, you've spent half an hour and that's the end of it.

Pricing
how we price
- We give you a number on the first call.
- The firm price is on the one-page spec you approve, before anything is built.
- Builds are priced per system. If we run the system after launch, that's priced separately and agreed up front.
- Ownership and licensing are written into the spec.

Straight answers
Who owns what you build?
Some clients own the software outright, repo and accounts included. Others hold a lifetime license to a system we keep and maintain. Either way you get the documentation to run it. Which one applies is written into the spec before we build.
What happens to our data?
Your data is always yours. We put that in the spec you approve before we build. If the data is regulated, we build to those rules.
What if AI is the wrong answer for us?
Then we say so and point you at the cheaper option, whether that's a vendor tool, a process change, or nothing. You get it in writing.
Who actually does the work?
The partners on the /operators page lead every engagement and are on every call. We bring in specialist developers when a build needs them.
