Financial consolidation for a family office

Family office · commercial real estate · three cities · consolidation · reporting

4 → 1

accounting systems into one consolidated P&L

sources3 property managers · 4 ledgers

cadencemonthly files · quarterly close

run byus, with the client's accountant approving mappings

A family office owns office, retail, multifamily, and hotel properties in three cities. Each property manager reported from its own accounting system. Every month the trial balances arrived in different formats with different line-item names, and a legacy consolidation product tied them together on an annual license. We built a system that collects the monthly files and maps every line item to one chart of accounts. It consolidates them with tie-outs and emails the finished workbook to the finance team.

  • The client's accountant approves every mapping before it's used
  • A second check runs on every workbook before it goes out
  • Every number traces back to its source file

Order intake for a B2B manufacturer

B2B manufacturer and distributor · New York · email · voice · ERP

28 reps

sending orders into one pipeline

intakeemail and a dedicated order line

writes tothe ERP, through an adapter

run bytheir operations team

Twenty-eight outside sales reps sent in orders by phone and email, often incomplete. A small operations team retyped each one into the ERP, and one long-tenured employee carried most of the process in her head. We built two things. An email agent reads incoming orders, classifies them, and pulls out the order details. It writes them into the ERP through an adapter, so the client can change ERPs later without a rebuild. A dedicated order line records rep calls and transcribes them afterward. It produces a summary of each call and feeds the same pipeline.

  • Incomplete orders go to a person for review
  • The operations team reviews orders and no longer retypes them

A rewards and pickup app for a neighborhood shop

designed aroundhow the shop runs its counter

run bythe owner, daily

A specialty bagel shop wanted to reward regulars and take pickup and merchandise orders without paying a platform fee on every transaction. We shipped a branded app with rewards, order-ahead pickup, and a merchandise store. It's built around how the shop already runs its counter. The app is in daily use.

  • Regulars earn rewards in the shop's own app
  • Pickup orders go straight to the counter
  • The owner has referred us to his suppliers and peers

A website and lead pipeline for a roofing contractor

Residential roofing and HVAC · Texas and Ohio · web · lead capture

2 states

one inbound pipeline

capturescalls · forms · follow-up to an estimate

first jobsclosed before public launch

run bythe owner's office

A roofing and HVAC contractor working in two states had no website and no consistent way to capture inbound demand. We built the site, the lead capture, and the follow-up that moves an inquiry to an estimate appointment. The first jobs closed through the new pipeline before the site launched publicly.

  • Every call and form lands in one pipeline
  • Follow-up runs until an estimate is booked

Customer portal for a cross-border hauler

run bytheir operations team

A hazardous waste hauler works across the US and Canada. It spent more than a year on an internal software build, then abandoned it. Customer records, service requests, and correspondence were still in inboxes and spreadsheets. We built the foundation. Customers get a portal for service requests and documents. Behind it sits a customer and job record system, plus structured email handling so requests get captured and routed.

  • Customers submit requests and documents themselves
  • One record per customer and per job
  • A base to extend into dispatch and compliance

run bythe consultant and his team

An education consultant with a track record of raising reading and math scores worked district by district, in person. He could only serve as many districts as he could visit, and new business came from referrals and conferences. We built two things. Interested districts now book a conversation through the site. The first digital version of his program lets a district run it without the consultant in the room for every session.

  • Districts book a conversation without a conference or a referral
  • The program runs without the consultant on site

timelineone week

Two founders supply eco-friendly packaging to local food businesses. They were selling in person and sending buyers a price list. They needed a site that made the case for buying from them: good products, prices close to buying direct from the factory, and someone local to call. We built the site with a full product catalog, the story of the business, and ordering in one place. An in-person conversation can now end with a link.

  • A product catalog the founders update themselves
  • Built for a sales process that starts face to face

run bythe franchisee, with us monitoring

A national commercial cleaning brand has dozens of franchisees, each responsible for its own local sales, and most of them prospecting by hand. We built an outbound email system for one of them, set up so any other franchisee can adopt it as is. It's live.

  • Prospecting runs on a schedule
  • Replies are handled and routed
  • One build the whole network can use
