SHARPERWORKS

/services · 4

Four kinds of work we take on.

You're not behind. You're busy. Everything we do falls into one of these four, and most clients start with one.

/automation · BUILD & RUN

AI systems & automation

Software that takes over the repetitive work your team does every week.

  • Order intake, triage, drafting, follow-up, reporting
  • Works inside the tools you already use
  • Ships with checks that confirm the work
/services/automation

The same job runs every week on a schedule.

Each run leaves a record of what it did. When the system is not sure about a case, it stops and hands that case to a person.

A weekly job panel: the job runs every weekday at 06:00, enters orders into the ERP, ticks off Monday to Friday, and counts the orders entered and the cases handed to a person.

/data · FOUNDATION

Data foundations & reporting

One set of numbers across your locations, entities, and systems, reconciled before anything else gets built on top.

  • One view across locations, entities, or systems
  • Every number traces to its source
  • Reports on the schedule you already use
/services/data

Three systems report different totals, and the pipeline reconciles them into one.

Each source reports in its own format. The reconciliation runs on a schedule, and every number traces back to where it came from.

A month-end close panel: ERP, spreadsheet and bank totals are reconciled each night until they match, and a close total and a close pack come out for sign-off.

/apps · BUILD & SHIP

Applications & portals

Customer-facing apps, portals, and internal tools that connect to the systems you already run.

  • Customer apps, portals, and storefronts in your brand
  • Connected to your ERP, booking system, or CRM
  • Documented so your team can run it
/services/apps

The portal writes to the system you already run.

A client approves on the screen, the record updates in your system, and the screen shows it. The order is entered once, and the record lives in one place.

A client portal panel: approving order 4471 on the portal changes its status to approved in the client's own system.

/advisory · CALL FIRST

Advisory & enablement

A straight answer on what AI is worth to your business, and hands-on sessions so your people can use it on their own work.

  • A written plan with priorities and prices
  • A build-versus-buy answer, with the reasoning
  • Hands-on sessions, from one team to an enterprise program
/services/advisory

One to three sessions produce a written plan, ranked and priced.

Your team is trained to carry it out the week after.

An advisory panel: three working sessions run in order, and each one adds a ranked item to the written plan and trains one person on the team.

Not sure which one fits? We work that out in the first ten minutes of the call.
